Bryan Janz
30+ years in the technology industry, having led multiple technology companies across the US and Canada.
Blake Heisler
26 years of IT experience across government, private sector, and MSP environments, backed by an engineering degree. Early in his career he introduced virtualization to his government branch, then repeated that transformation for a large casino corporation and on projects throughout his 15 years at Lexcom. Today he is an expert in on-premise and cloud infrastructure, shaping large companies’ IT initiatives, and mentoring junior staff into senior leaders.
Neal Woloschuk
Accomplished business development executive with a proven track record of driving growth, building strategic vendor partnerships, and delivering technology solutions for diverse clients. At Lexcom he has led the expansion of managed services and IT/AI solutions, secured key accounts, and grown Lexcom into Barracuda’s top MSP client in Western Canada. Known for consultative sales expertise and a commitment to client engagement, he is adept at leading cross-functional teams and developing new service offerings.
Daniel Campbell
26 years across IT leadership, project management, and public-sector engineering. Has managed medium and large-scale projects in the private and Oil & Gas sectors, developing strong governance, risk, and delivery discipline. Over the past decade, he has led major IT modernization initiatives in networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Jace Ryan
Brings a neuroscience background from Baylor University to a career built on systems thinking — finding the underlying structure in complex problems before building the solution. He works across project management and AI solutions engineering, turning that same analytical instinct toward technology.
